1. Introduction
Welcome to Tready. By purchasing and using our eSIM services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Service Description
Tready provides prepaid eSIM (embedded SIM) data plans for global travel. Our service is purely digital; no physical SIM card will be shipped. The eSIM is delivered in the form of a QR code via email or displayed on our website upon successful payment.
3. Device Compatibility
It is the user's responsibility to ensure that their device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before purchasing. Tready is not responsible for refund requests arising from device incompatibility.
4. Delivery and Activation
- Delivery: eSIM QR codes are delivered immediately via email upon payment confirmation.
- Activation: The validity period (e.g., 3 days, 5 days) starts from the moment the eSIM connects to a supported network in the destination country, not from the purchase date or install date (unless otherwise specified).
- Validity: Unused eSIMs may exhibit an expiry date (usually 30-90 days from purchase). Please check the specific product details.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- Eligible for Refund: If the eSIM QR code has not been scanned or installed, and the request is made within 30 days of purchase.
- Not Eligible for Refund: Once the QR code has been scanned, installed, or if data usage has occurred. Issues related to device incompatibility or locked phones are also not eligible.
- Technical Issues: If the eSIM fails to work due to technical issues on our end that cannot be resolved by support, a full refund will be issued.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your QR code. Tready is not liable for data usage if your QR code is shared with or stolen by others. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
Tready shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to lost profits or data.
